SANTO, a member of Polpharma Group, is one of the leaders of the pharmaceutical market in Kazakhstan. The company produces more than 240 types of medicine in 12 pharmacological groups.

Of course, the domestic market is a priority for SANTO, but we always look with great interest to new territories. Today we focus on the countries of the Central Asian region and Europe. In the future, we will extend to the Caucasus, MENA and South-East Asia regions.

In 2025, SANTO will become the first pharmaceutical manufacturer in Central Asia to have an EU GMP certificate.We are also actively exploring other markets.

Working with partners

We follow the course of active development of export destinations. We cooperate with the largest distributors in Mongolia, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan. So, since 2023, we have doubled the volume of sales in Mongolia.

We have reached a long-term agreement with our partners from Turkmenistan.

The first deliveries to Tajikistan were made at the beginning of 2024. We already have excellent indicators, but we continue to work on improving them on a daily basis.

According to IQVIA, SANTO is a leader with a steady increase in market share in Kyrgyzstan. We provide strong sales growth in the Uzbekistan market, where we are included in the list of leading companies.

Our strong side is taking into account the needs of local markets, which requires constant work on expanding the drug portfolio and registering new medicine. We clearly understand the demand for medicines of various nosologies, medicinal forms and dosage forms. We make every effort to meet the demand of the healthcare system in various countries.

Collaboration models

We are grateful for the flexibility in logistics organization and offer the following options: delivery by a partner (EXW) or delivery by SANTO (CIP, CIF, CFR, FOB).

We are based on the distribution model. You buy products and sell them in your own markets with flexible pricing and marketing support. We offer a certain level of discounts, which we can consider in an individual format.

Another format of cooperation is license. It assumes that partners can produce and sell our products under the SANTO brand in their respective markets. This is an opportunity to use our best practices and experience to achieve success.

Promising geographical destinations

As of the first quarter of 2024, SANTO is negotiating with 10 countries from the Caucasus, MENA and Southeast Asia. We are open to expanding our collaboration in other regions as well.

On a regular basis, we conduct research, evaluate the possibility of entering new markets and increasing the share of sales in our branches.
